What Documents are Required for Company Annual Filing
All organisations enrolled in India as private limited
company, one person company limited company and section 8 companies must file
MCA annual return and income tax return each year. Organisations must direct an
Annual General Meeting toward the finish of each financial year and document a
yearly return with the Ministry of Corporate Affair to maintain compliance.
Yearly return comprises of data and reports that incorporate the Balance Sheet
of the Company, Profit and Loss Account, Compliance Certificate, Registered
Office Address, Register of Member, Shares and Debentures subtle elements, Debt

Annual Return: Form 20B
to be filed by Companies having share capital.
·
Annual Return: Form 21A
to be filed by companies without share capital.
·
Compliance Certificate:
Form 66 to be filed by Companies having paid up capital of Rs.10 lakh to Rs. 5 Crore.
